With over 15 years of experience in renovation, space planning, and luxury residential projects, Michelle excels at transforming spaces through intentional design, meticulous planning, and deeply collaborative client relationships.
Her portfolio includes full-scale remodels, custom cabinetry, wellness spaces, kitchens, basements, furnishings, and builder collaborations throughout the Denver metro area and beyond. She is known for blending timeless architectural principles with modern warmth, resulting in refined yet approachable environments. Greg Cooper is a U.S. Navy veteran and construction industry leader whose career spans more than $500 million in construction nationwide. Holding both an MBA and PMP certification, he pairs the discipline of large-scale project management with a builder's command of the craft — bringing a level of rigor and structure to residential work that the high-end market rarely sees.
His expertise runs the full arc of a build: preconstruction and budgeting, value engineering, design-build coordination, and exacting management of trades and subcontractors. Greg is known for being direct, authentic, and relentlessly accountable — solving complex problems before they become costly ones and holding every contractor to the standard a luxury home demands, all while keeping communication clear and the client experience calm.
As co-founder of Citadel Design Build, Greg leads the firm's construction practice, preconstruction strategy, and on-site execution. His charge is simple: protect the client's investment at every phase and translate Michelle's vision into finished spaces built with precision, integrity, and craftsmanship made to endure — the construction counterpart to thoughtful, considered design.
